If I could give zero stars, I would. After storm damage to our roof, Allphase promised us help and guidance. Instead, they ignored us, dragged their feet, and even tried to bill us $1,500 with a forged contract that showed my “signature” at a time I wasn’t even home. When I disputed it, they threatened court, legal fees, and handwriting analysis, straight bullying and intimidation. Devante, was amazing to work with. He came out and looked at my roof and siding when a hail storm hit. He was always able to get back to me the same day if I had any questions. The roof and siding work they’ve done looks amazing and they make sure to do it the right way. The clean up was good they try and get almost everything they can and don’t leave your property trashed after the work is done. I would definitely go through them again for future repairs. The company and Devante definitely deserve a 5 star rating.
