BEWARE! Started off great and has turned into a nightmare. Hot water tank flooded my basement. Had to sign their paperwork which allows them to begin work. They stated they would work with my insurance company. I was later told that insurance would be good. Allphase submitted their bill to my insurance and insurance stated that certain fees are excessive and beyond industry standards and that the bill was beyond what should have been charged. Update! After the company became aware of my extreme dissatisfaction with the billing errors that were made, they reached out to me to resolve the billing mistakes. They were very professional about it and agreed that I do not owe them anything for the work that was never performed that the large bill was supposed to have been only an estimate not a bill.
