I wish I had found them when I was looking at purchasing the house instead of seeing the in depth report when I went to sell. If you want to know everything wrong with a property, definitely choose Allphase. I wish more people in Jacksonville took as much pride in their work.
Great detail and quick service!
Don’t waste your time. I’m always looking for a good inspector but this guy here took over 6 days just to send a home inspection report. I can understand a day maybe two the max after they have went to the house but 6days!! No return calls, one text saying I took a trip over the weekend and will get it to you today, and never did. Still haven’t received the report, but I guess this is how people work, on their own timeing when they’ve been paid upfront.
Jim is a standup guy, does excellent work and is a man of his word. Highly recommended for property inspections.
We have used Jim twice and both times gave us information on the homes we were looking at that we hadn't even noticed. Very honest
