I received a broken item that I spent $200 on. The box it came in was a flimsy, reused box, so I should have known to check the equipment sooner. I had waited too long to install it and missed the very short guarantee time of 30 days. I called and left a message (sounded like a robot voice mail). No return call. I emailed and no reply to my email. It's all well and good with this company if nothing is wrong. But, if there's a problem, there is no resolution and you can flush your money down the toilet.
