I was recommended this company had a good reputation but on my first purchase a mistake was made and instead of helping us out to find a solution, they clean their hand and gave us unreasonable excuses, I won't recommend them, stay away from this company
Worse business ever.I ordered a part Monday December 16,2019 & paid for 2 days shipment since it was for my heater.It didn’t come Wednesday so I call the # on my email & get told it will be Friday before I get it.Well it’s Friday December 20,2019 & still no part.I called the # again & get told that it’s not guaranteed to be here by Friday.That it could be here next week.I’m not happy with this company.I have 3 boys that needs to be warm & we’re having 30 degrees nights & no heat.I think I should get a refund or @ the $ I pai... read more
