Two of my Mercedes alloy wheels were bent from potholes and the car had a noticeable vibration at highway speeds. Steve gave me a quote for the repair and I made an appointment. The bent wheels were repaired and re-balanced in just over an hour from my arrival at about 1/4th the cost if I had to replace the wheels. I did not need any refinishing of the paint on the wheels. Car is perfectly smooth at highway speeds now. I'm very happy with the repairs and would not hesitate to use AWR of Richmond again.
Great service!! We made a call on a Thursday, they were out Friday morning and were able to fix 2 damaged wheels on an 2011 Mercedes....great work and a very reasonable cost!! Will be using them again as needed for sure ;)
These guys are awesome !!! Brian is very customer oriented and does a great job fitting you in on a busy schedule. Chris does a great job repairing my rims and takes pride in his work. Definitely recommend this company !!!
