Called 2 months ago. Spoke with whoever’s voice is on the voicemail. Said “we’re real busy today can you call me tomorrow to schedule something up” and I said no problem. Called the next day, no answer. Left a vm. Called the following day. No answer. Sent a text as directed by their voicemail. Called multiple times over the month. No answer or call back. Alloy's service was disruptive. Their equipment, especially a loud generator, was parked in front of my house for hours. When I politely asked for a break from the noise, the worker was indifferent. Suggestion for Alloy: Consider using quieter inverter generators and be more responsive to neighbors' concerns. The lack of consideration was disappointing.
Great job repairing my two slightly bent wheels, took about an hour and saved me a bundle over buying new wheels.
Highly recommend! They came to my house. Arrived on time. Repaired my rim to look brand new! Quick service and very professional! Even went the extra mile and replaced the air valve stem cap.
