I wish I could give them a zero. Do not take your vehicle here. They have every excuse in the book and are only concerned about being paid and not anyone’s safety. It takes a week to get a call back, they clear error codes to make it look like nothing is wrong with you car even though they do not have a technician on site. Worst experience of my life. Never again.

This was my second visit to Alloy Collision Centre. Both for insurance claims. Very friendly staff and I received prompt updates on my vehicles status. The Rental set up went very smooth and was at a convenient location. My vehicle turn out was perfect each time! I would highly recommend Alloy Collision, amazing service.
Alloy was very accommodating with dates. The arrangements made for us in getting a rental were easy and organized. Service was well done. Friendly and pleasant staff. Very happy with our experience.
