Great customer service I made a mistake when I ordered and they took care of it no problem
I've bought multiple products from them and never had an issue. Even now I don't have an issue with what I've gotten from them. However, their customer service tech support is, by far, one of the worst I've had to deal with and that's saying something considering I deal with Harley on a daily basis.
