Umpqua bank hired Deena for an appraisal on my new construction in Gig Harbor several years ago. She did such a poor job that Umpqua actually refunded me the full $1000+ they paid her (on my behalf, using my funds). I'm not sure if they still use her, but I doubt it. Beware of using Allotta services. They will be inconsistent, take too long, and are dishonest. DO not use them. I urge you to use someone else to do your appraisals.
