Allora USA faucet: I had an Allora faucet break down on me 5 times in the first two years. The first two were within the first year. 4 of the 5 were for the same part (sprayer head). They replaced that part three times so far. Now they tell me it was discontinued because of the problems. They have an "improved" version (because of the problem) which they want me to pay for and which may require a plumber to replace. They sent a video to instruct me to do it.
