I love Allora. They are always pleasant and respectful. They are organized and keep you informed of your appt. Never had a problem with them. Brittany is our person who comes out to take our labs. Wonderful person.
Health care professionals are just not acting like it anymore. I started by calling and asking if they were Covid testing a dismissive lady answer the phone who quickly said yes but I had to do an online appointment. Before I could say anything else she hung up on me. Went online filled out a form as best I could with my 102 fever. My appointment was suppose to be for the next day. i called in the morning to confirm and know if I am coming in because I am having the worst symptoms of my life.
