Budget comfortable rooms near airport.
Gros manque d'entretien des chambres. Grille au plafond de la sdb à moitié décrochée, porte sdb cassée avec trous mal rebouchés, l'eau de la chambre supérieure qui coulait dans notre douche, télé HS, placard complètement sale... pour quasi 200$ la nuit pour 3 personnes, passez votre chemin !
I would not recommend this Hotel, very old and drab with no reception, no service, no towel replacements, no extra tea/coffee/milk. First flush of toilet nearly overflowed, (not just our unit either) managed to get a person on the phone who sent a maintenance person, all took time and refused any discount for the inconvenience. Spoke to others in the complex who had asked for their room to be serviced to be told that was only done once in 7 days plus they would not provide more than 2 spare toilet rolls regardless of the fac... read more
I honestly have no idea where to even start with this. It’s been a trainwreck since the arrival…. 1) No onsite concierge/reception. —- You are required to call a number on the wall by the door to start a gruelling process of receiving an SMS to fill in details, resubmit your credit card details again and get a confusing SMS with details on how to enter your room. 2) our room (101) barely had any wifi/internet reception and bouncing 1-2 bars only for wifi. Absolutely terrible experience. One of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. The bed was rock hard and the pillows were very uncomfortable. There was a cockroach in the bathroom, which is completely unacceptable. For $326 a night, this felt like a total rip-off. There’s no reception after the afternoon, and the lack of customer service is shocking. The room was dirty and had a strong damp smell. I would never stay here again and definitely do not recommend it
