As others have stated there is no onsite manned reception desk. I was not sent my details for entry so had to follow up once I landed in Brisbane around 6pm. Person I spoke to was relatively helpful and apologetic. I was driving there and did miss the main entry initially. Parking at the hotel was good Signage to enter the building was decent and easy to follow. There are no lifts and luckily only had small carry on bag. Stayed at this hotel last night. After reading all of the reviews which were so negative we were surprised when we went into our room. It was clean and everything worked. Most of the noise we could hear was from other guests opening and slamming their doors or dragging their cases up and down the stairs. The check-in was okay but it became monotonous putting codes into the doors, especially each time you had to enter the building.
