Have to give credit where it’s due. I stayed here for two nights and booked directly through their website. The communication from the hotel was clear and easy to follow by text and email. The door codes worked perfectly, the bed was comfortable with nice hot shower and simple facilities like being able to make a nice tea or coffee. Room a little outdated but expected for age of building. Nice walk down to Racecourse Rd cafes and City Cat stop into city. Good location, room was to be expected for a cheap hotel. 2 of my colleagues got stuck outside because the after hours check in system was not very good and no one would answer the phones… Took me about 25 minutes to check in as the system is rubbish.

Absolutely crap this hotel waited over 3 hours and atill haven't got into my room, will never stay here again.. 240 for a room and can't get in

The female manager kicked me out because I had a visitor I'm a business and skills advisor and work from home and I had a visitor for less than an hour during the day I paid for one week $1000 I was there four days when she kicked me out they won't even refund my three days Hamilton Brisbane airport hotel is the worst place for normal people I wouldn't recommend anyone stay there they are very bad people
