I have had an absolutely fantastic experience with Alloco Real Estate. I've lived at two of their properties and currently rent at Ellison Heights. Joey is incredibly responsive to any needs that come up and always communicates in a timely and professional manner. The property is clean, well-maintained, and it is clear they care about tenants. Questions and requests are handled quickly and with care. Couldn't ask for a better experience and would highly recommend to anyone!
We absolutely loved our time living at Ellison Heights in Penfield. The location is great. The apartments themselves are modern with solid finishes, and the layouts are very functional. The Alloco team is fantastic. Couldn’t recommend them enough
I lived at Chapel Hill for 3.5 years, and it was awesome! Everyone at Alloco - office staff and maintenance - is super friendly and quick to help. They take great care of their units/premises and of their tenants. I rarely had any issues in my unit, but when I did, things were fixed quickly. Consistent, meticulous attention to tenants and the grounds. It’s a small complex with five buildings, although anonymous.I’ve safely lived here longer than I ever intended. The crew/staff are professional, polite, and spot on. I can count on repairs or maintenance to be complete within 24 hours of asking. Spectacular. The Alloco family is kind and available. I love living here.
