Consistent, meticulous attention to tenants and the grounds. It’s a small complex with five buildings, although anonymous.I’ve safely lived here longer than I ever intended. The crew/staff are professional, polite, and spot on. I can count on repairs or maintenance to be complete within 24 hours of asking. Spectacular. The Alloco family is kind and available. I love living here.

It’s a great property to live on and the property management and maintenance is top notch. I have live there for over 12 years and anytime I had any issues with my apartment it was fixed immediately. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and they always keep the units up to date.
I was minding my own business driving normally down 441 when someone from this company began road raging. Some chunky dude with long hair and his hat turned backwards began rolling down his window and told me to pull over. I hope this reaches the right people and something is done. A police report was also made.
I lived for 10 years at the Penfield Skyline location and loved it! The office and maintenance staff are top notch, always kind and willing to help. (Special shout out to Cathy!) The only reason I moved is due to a house purchase, which I was able to save up for because Alloco Properties has the best pricing!
