The couples massage was good but when we got ready to leave a tip it was almost forced mind you I. Believe in leaving tips but when we didn’t give the amount the expected the lady became rude snatched the money to go get change they didn’t return for quite awhile and then had someone else give it us it was very rude in my opinion won’t be returning
they refused to accept our groupons. insisted we just pay in store and return our groupon. told us they only use groupon to advertise but don't want to pay their fees! he yelled at me NO! WE WILL NOT ACCEPT! there were 3 of us. we ended up going down the street to relaxzone.
The staff was very friendly and courteous:) My husband n I had a couples massage n it was awesome♡ Will n Alex were great:) We will def be making this an absolute necessary "Have To".. Highly recommended, Loved the Hot Stoned deep tissue😍😍
I bought a Groupon offer for two ‘deep tissue massages’ for this place because of their ratings. However, my husband and I went a couple weeks ago, my husband said he had a ‘decent, but not great’ massage, but my massage was below average. I like to give places at least two chances in case they had an off night. We went back to get another massage a couple nights ago, that was enough. I’ve been to Allo several times. Always clean, the Asian theme is perfect, I absolutely love this place.
I have been here twice. Both of these were walk-in appointments and we were able to be seen right away. They are so accommodating. The staff is friendly and polite! The language barrier is pretty intense but if you can find what you want on the menu, you’ll get a great massage. The time you pay for is the time you get. They don’t include time dressing/undressing and the prices are phenomenal. Love the hot stones!
