Helpful office.
If and when their service works, it's fine, although VERY expensive. On the other hand, if it doesn't work, they run you in circles and waste your time. They miss or cancel appointments 50% of the time on house calls as well. I kept having disconnection issues. Spent a tremendous amount of time on the phone with them. They never solved the issue.
Allo Fiber in Lake Havasu has provided ‘exceptional’ service from the moment we contacted them. Their installation team was super professional yet very personable. And Connie (at the office) was patient, knowledgable, friendly, as she walked me through some of the items that I needed to change in my account. What a GREAT TEAM! We’re so glad you arrived in Lake Havasu.
Just signed up on December 9, TV, Internet & land line. So far, so good. I'll keep you posted.
Great service... but the payment process needs a major update. Kinda frustrating and time consuming trying to pay a bill...
