Very disappointing experience. I confirmed my prescription and delivery address and was told it would arrive on the 19th. It never arrived. I called on August 21, and they said they would check with the driver, but no one followed up. Today, August 23, I still have nothing, even though the app says it was delivered today. I was charged $35 and never received my prescription. Honestly, this experience makes me feel like I was scammed. Very frustrating and unacceptable. The concept of same-day or next-day prescription delivery sounds wonderful, but unfortunately, I did not receive the service as promised on two separate occasions. The first time, I was promised same-day delivery, but my prescription never arrived. I had to call the next morning to follow up, and the driver finally delivered it that afternoon.
