AN ABSOLUTE TRAVISTY! I made an appointment with a specific doctor here, instead I was seen by a nurse practitioner. I was okay with this because she seemed to be very knowledgeable and friendly, but she has continually messed up my prescriptions. I was recently scheduled for a televisit at 10 a.m. 10 a.m. came and I received absolutely no indication of how or what I was supposed to use to join the televiisit.
