This firm is so awful it seems like it is a scam. I was put on a payment plan and they got their money every two weeks, yet when I tried to contact them with a question via email, no response. Same when I left a voicemail. I have to conclude it is either a scam or just a very bad firm and will definitely not continue to use them. I'm contacting my bank to decline further payments and looking into refunding what I've already wasted. Please don't bother with this company. I wish I'd read the reviews before I did. My husband and I reached out to this firm back in January because we felt we wanted to file for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. It was so easy to sign up at first, and the firm was very helpful / they were great with communication. After we signed the contract, however, the firm started to lack customer service. Don’t go here. It’s a scam. They will push you to file bankruptcy even if there’s a better option for you. (They get a bigger retainer if you do). Then when you decide that you don’t want to file, they will not return your calls and emails. They will keep all your retainer money even they didn’t do what was listed in the contract. It doesn’t matter if you canceled right after you signed the contract. Suddenly you can’t get them on the phone.

This company is trash.These lawyers are trash.Only line of communication is thru digital media, unless they want to speak to you. Then they can find a phone in the office to call you, other wise forget it. They did nothing, absolutely nothing but threaten that my case was going to be dismissed over documents I have no control of over My ID was lost and cannot be obtain due to COVID until August.
