Chuck Allman installed my a/c unit 22 yrs ago and provided excellent service. New unit installed today by his techs, Rocky and Tommy. They were friendly and very professional. Installation and clean up perfect and highly recommend them. 5 star service!
The owner of this company is BEYOND rude to callers, and allows his drivers to drive very recklessly. I called to report a driver who was racing other cars and almost ran me off the road with my kids in the car, then proceeded to honk at me all the way until I left them at a turn. When I called the owner he didn't even try to figure out who the driver was, and he hung up on me while I was being respectful. Very disrespectful, and obviously not the kind of people who should be trusted.
