Went to her for a pap smear and the test showed not enough good cells for a result. She recommended come back in a month. I developed an itching a couple days later & then a burning. I called her and had to leave a message. It is a one girl office, no receptionist. She didn’t call me back. The next day I called she answered and said let her pull my records. We got disconnected so I called back and had to leave a message to call me back. She has not called me back all day and I talked to her around 12:30. She closes at 5pm.
So patient, thorough, & kind to my grandmother. She explained things in detail. She’s also a believer, which means a lot in how she treats her patients. She’s someone who genuinely cares for people.
