20% gratuity is automatically included even on to go orders. When asked to have the gratuity removed was told it was not possible. It is hidden in the very fine print at the bottom of the menu. In my opinion, these are deceptive business practices.
Other reviewers are right. It all tastes pre-made and reheated. Nothing is fresh. Even granola tastes burnt. Portions are crazy small. Prices are resort/hotel prices. But you can get better breakfast at Starbucks or Panera.
Very unhappy with my experience here. I was here for breakfast and the prices are insane. $16 for yogurt and granola??? I decided to get 2 scrambled eggs with bacon and potatos, which costed me $17 dollars. The food came out super quick but it all seemed like microwaved food, especially the bacon. I got scrambled eggs which were extremely wet and undercooked. If I am paying this much for a breakfast I expect it to actually be a quality breakfast.
