I would not recommend this therapist. Sessions would often start late and the obvious clock watching would start with more 15 minutes left. It was hard to make any progress when it felt like the person in front of me couldn’t wait for the hour to be up.
She is a good listener and she applies strategies that help me problem solve or see different view points.
I didn't feel adequately heard or understood when I saw Dr. Prescott. I appreciated her positive regard on some topics, though.
I didn't really find therapy with Alison Prescott to be relevant for my problems.
