The residents are left in their own bodily fluids, and ignored. Poor nursing practices. Nurses and techs are too worried about their social media and their phones. the food for the residents seem to improve for awhile but the past week has been awful. SMH Don't send your loved ones here please.
My brother has an appointment at the hospital to see if they can save his foot from being amputated. A result from not reporting his condition "AT ALL".
I have dealt with Allison Pointe in many capacities. For one, I had to review a patient there for another facility to get her closer to her family up north. Jess was amazing in admissions and Latoya in social services made herself very accessible to my questions. My friend who lives out of state had me go visit her loved one for her and he also spoke highly of Jess, Latoya, nursing staff and the dialysis staff. He also really liked the food!
