I have dealt with Allison Pointe in many capacities. For one, I had to review a patient there for another facility to get her closer to her family up north. Jess was amazing in admissions and Latoya in social services made herself very accessible to my questions. My friend who lives out of state had me go visit her loved one for her and he also spoke highly of Jess, Latoya, nursing staff and the dialysis staff. He also really liked the food! If I could give this facility zero stars, I would. This place let my mom lay around with her sugar at almost 400 FOR 3 DAYS!! No one contacted me. I received a call from the ER saying that my mom was there and not going well. This place is a joke. If I would’ve know they don’t give a shit about their residents, I wouldn’t have moved her there.
