Verified Renter Allison is a great place to live, Alexa In the office is amazing and is always here to help her residents, its a small quiet community, the dumpsters need a little loving and attention but other than that its a peaceful place to live.

Verified Renter Very Nice place to live. I'm sure because of Covid it appears that we are all just waiting for this to be over. Staff @Allison Pointe are here for us.
Verified Renter This would be a wonderful place to live if it werent for the amount of violence that exists. Many people dont have dogs on leashes and the same residents require the police to be called out on a regular basis to which nothing happens. If you have kids and or animals I do not recommend living here.
