Worst experience I have ever had with a business owner. I gave the owner a family heirloom that was left to me after my father died. It was a wedding band with diamonds across the top and one of the diamonds had fallen out. I handed the ring to the owner directly and asked her to please repair the ring. That was the last time I saw the ring. I have left countless voicemails and messages with no response. I have been to the store multiple times and, get the run around every time.
