A year ago I ruptured my patella tendon in my right knee. My primary care physician recommended I call Dr Allison Fillar. Dr Fillar and the Medstar team are awesome. Dr Fillar is an excellent physician and surgeon and made sure I understood and was at ease with the surgery. She made sure I understood the road ahead. It’s been a year and I’m so glad I had Dr Allison Fillar as my doctor. If you need an orthopedic appointment I recommend you reach out to her. She’s the best!
Alison is a wonderful physician and surgeon but also a warm and compassionate person. I would recommend her to anyone who needed orthopedic care. Our course has turned out to be a lot longer than I anticipated but she’s great!!
Dr. Fillar always responds very quickly, is easy to talk to, and clearly explains all of your options. I'd highly recommend her.
