Absolute joke!!! Took the temperature at the door after that zero social distancing, can’t wait to see the liability lawsuits pile up, this is a plaintiff’s goldmine! Waited two and half hours still haven’t seen a doctor, zero respect for my time, zero respect for their services. I know there are better doctors who actually respect my health and time! Be smart take your business to someone who actually cares about you not what’s in your wallet!

Several months ago I developed flashes and floaters in my left eye and upon further examination, I was told that I also had cataracts in both eyes. I use Dr. Allison Rand as my regular eye doctor, and since I have glaucoma I see her every three to six months. The Rand Eye Institute gives extraordinarily thorough examinations, usually lasting more than an hour. I believe I get very good care. The only negative is that they are very busy and there is a longer wait than average, but it's worth it because of the level of care at Rand.

I had gone to Rand Eye Institute as I had an eye emergency. Dr. Allison was kind, understanding and took excellent care of me. I couldn't have found better care anywhere else.. I was seen multiple times per week until my condition subsided. . There is always a doctor on call so that you can be seen even when the institute is closed. You would be hard pressed to find better care anywhere else.

Spent little time with me, talked very fast, and seemed not to want to listen to the patient. Most of the intake was done by an OD and she came in at the last minute.
