This was my first visit with Dr. Koss and her nurse, Carol. Both were very pleasant, professional and thorough. My only dissatisfaction was with my almost two hour wait to be seen . It also took me ten minutes to be able to sign in which made it seem I was late, which I was not. My professional experience with the doctor and nurse were perfect. Happy outcome all in all.☺️
Dr Koss is a caring and thorough Doctor. Best Doctor I have ever had.
If I could leave zero stars I would. After being recommended by a local walk in clinic to follow up with a primary care i was provided their information I contacted this office. I have been trying to see this Dr since November. My appts have been cancelled three times. Today I was cancelled the morning of my appt. I work in healthcare and couldn’t imagine running this type of business and putting out my patients. This has been a complete waste of my time.
