Too fast, needs to slow down, seems rushed. Have seen her twice now and both times she seemed very well-informed and could easily answer any questons, no matter how complicated. However, she answers them quickly and tries to walk away before the next question is asked. Am almost 3 months out from back surgery and the pain is increasing. I was walking independently after surgery and the pain has increased so much that I now have to use a walker, so I have questions and a plan of care needs to be implemented. Had to go to this lady 2 different times and both times she was rude and very disrespectful. She has lied to me about results on MRI scan report since May 2024 she still thinks my symptoms are just in my head just like everyone in there Mercy ER I have a hemangioma which is a tumor in your back. Well I have 2 and she tried to tell me that everyone has them when that is not true only 10-20% of people have them. She said that the reason I wasn't told was because they were non cancerous and it wasn't a issue. Well I disagree.
