Karen was fantastic. She sold and closed the home in one month’s time with professional pictures and in person and online marketing. After one open house, she had a buyer and did everything to insure a smooth closing. After I moved out of the area, Karen followed through and attended to all of the details to finalize the sale. She went above and beyond, even helping me pack.
We have had a wonderful experience with Karen Conrad in every aspect of our search for our forever home! Karen was prompt, courteous, and patient besides being very insightful! We never felt rushed or overloaded as she took her time with us. We were very impressed with her experience of the Reno/Sparks area. Great realtor to work with. Knowledgeable, has always negotiated a price we were happy with- both buying and selling.
