I have rented from this company going on 3 years now. I never had a problem with the company. Ms. Cindy is so nice and pleasant to talk to, and the maintenance guy is always professional. It's sad that I don't remember his name, but he shows up at a timely matter and fix whatever problem I have with no problem. The only issue I have is using a small laundry room with other tenants, and having to pay to wash clothes, which I knew about before I moved in. But besides that everything else is great.
