Dr Held has always been courteous and helpful to me - at one point, I was really suffering from a painful condition, and she figured out who I should reach out to in order to get help immediately. I was so incredibly grateful - she's been wonderful at providing at providing recommendations and helping to navigate the very confusing current world of healthcare.
We recently moved to Tucson and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience with the front desk service at this facility. From the start, it was clear that patient communication is not a priority here. Staff were dismissive, unresponsive to concerns, and lacked basic courtesy. We genuinely regret choosing this location for care.
Awesome Dr., gets things done and is easy to talk to.
