Very friendly and helpful. She is very attentive and takes the time to listen to my needs.
Dr. Haden has been absolutely wonderful. I’ve always been all over the place with providers because they were quick to write off any health concern I had as a result of anxiety. Reality check!! People with mental illness can have physical illnesses too! She has been extremely thorough, kind, and validating of me during the two annual visits I’ve has so far with her. 100% recommend Dr. Haden for her knowledge and compassion.
THIS REVIEW IS NOT ABOUT THE DR BUT THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE.. From the time I called to make a appointment, the girl who answered sounded like she had a attitude. She wasn't very friendly at all. It was my mistake of not knowing the office was in the Epic Center. I just picked a Dr. Online because I needed a new dr. I didn't really do my research on where it was. I got down town and parked. Dr. Haden is very professional and knowledgeable doctor , she response my questions and medication concern quickly and be very patient to explain what I need to do on my healthy etc. she knows her patient and have her patient's medical record check list and kindly reminder her patient's when and what need to do for necessary check to keep healthy etc.
Dr. Haden takes her time with you and listens throuoghly. She's an awesome doctor who takes the time to get to know you and checks on your mental well-being as well.
