No call backs ignores you. You have to repeatedly message and call for lab work results, prescriptions, basically anything. Oh I’m still waiting two weeks for the office manager to call me back. Do not go here. I’m in the process of contacting a lawyer
Allison is a wonderful provider. She takes her time with patients and she listens to them so she can get to the bottom of the underlying issue. She is awesome and I definitely recommend her
My mother had back surgery with over 80 staples, 2 days later she started having symptoms of a UTI. After 69 years of being on this planet she should know when she has a UTI. Freeman refused to call in an antibiotic and wanted her to go to a lab for urinalysis. It’s not like it’s a narcotic! So she didn’t get meds and was unable to get to the lab for over a month.
