Allison is as good as they come! In my 40 plus years of buying and selling real estate, I have never worked with an individual who is as dedicated, well versed and as knowledgeable as Allison. She is a negotiating champ! She was on top of every detail, from helping out with the city inspection, our estate sale and every detail in between, making sure the closing went off without a hitch! She is a pro's pro! Best of the best!
