Been with Dr. Murchison for 23 years fantastic person and Doctor..Very comfortable and compassionate would not trust any other..
I changed to Dr. Murchison after a bad experience with another eye doctor. Dr. Murchison removed cataracts in both of my eyes, replacing the lens. I found her to be friendly, informative, efficient, and would not see another ophthalmologist.
Dr. Murchison herself was quite nice - unfortunately, it's not the just doctor that patients have to deal with. The front office staff is not courteous or helpful at all. Plus, I've never been to an opthamologist that requires me to come 2 times for a basic eye exam - separately for contacts and glasses. After my contact exam, I was told that I HAVE to buy at least my 1st month of contacts from their office and it's taken 2+ weeks to get mine. Below par follow up from the technician re that.
