I had an appt @,11 and I saw the usual wait room fill up & then empty. I dreaded my appt. because it was always an hour or more wait after the appt. time. How I took this constant wait is beyond me but everyone finally realizes they deserve better. I was told I would be next but a man was called, then another woman, and finally another woman with the first name as me but NOT ME. Dr Murchison is a great eye doctor but the assistant that works for her is not. She was rude from the minute I walked into the exam room Unless I have an eye issue for Dr. Murchison --I will not be going back to this office for my eye prescription.
Dr. Murchison is knowledgeable and compassionate and listens careful to your concerns. Would highly recommend her.
