Have bad experiences. Tried calling as my phone appointment has called as of yet and my appointment was 20 booked for 20mins earlier knowing I was unable to move. I've since tried calling multiple times and only get a line busy. Can't even contact to cancel my appointment as clearly the hospital is my only option and they didnt advise this would be a better choice when I called to book appointment and told them the information upfront. Had great Doctors here in the past. The two times I've had Dr Joarder he's somewhat rude and dismissive. Went there today and asked for 2 days sick leave (aggreviated previous injury I had surgery on), he told me if pain persists early next week come back to reassess, but wouldn't give me the 2 days off. Said to me I had to make a phone appointment and he would extend the 1 day. Seems to me he wants to charge 2 appointments when it could've been done in 1. Poor effort mate. I'll go see someone else who actually give a shit
Dr Harry Knox is untrustworthy, watched me sit in the waiting room while he took half his lunch, then decided to rush me in and out with no care whatsoever, I have chronic anxiety disorder and the only doctor who has ever treated me this way from this medical centre is him. Thanks for losing my trust. Do not see this doctor, he will use you as a lab rat as he is in education as well
