I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I scheduled a phone appointment with Attorney Allison Cath and took time out of my day to be available for that call. Not only did I never receive the call, but no one from the office had the courtesy to contact me beforehand or afterward to explain the missed appointment. I understand that schedules can change, but basic professionalism and respect for a client's time should be expected. A simple phone call, text, or email would have gone a long way.
