In Response to Mr.Connor’s review. This appointment was set through showing time and I received a confirmation with the lockbox code. It is not the buyer agents fault if a showing is confirmed and the sellers are not informed. I did NOT work for the seller on this deal. The settlement was delayed because everyone knows the house must be vacant for the buyers walk through. This house was filled with furniture, belongings and junk.
