I had seen another doctor at the office and had a bad experience. I tried again when my PCP suggested a new doc and I'm glad I did. Dr. Block is very detailed, patient, and cares. When explaining my concerns, she didn't wave them off like the previous doctor did and actually did an exam and assessment which hadn't been done before. That led to more conversation and and a plan of action. I left feeling heard and valued as a patient. Dr. Block is a great addition and I look forward to working with her.
First visit- Dr Block was extremely thorough getting my medical history and did more extensive exam of me than previous Dr. Very empathetic, took time to listen to me. Whole staff very polite and accommodating. Highly recommend!
