This is the temp in our apt right now at 8pm on July 12th. We’ve called FOUR times, no one has given us a call back or came from maintenance to fix our AC/Unit. This also is not the first time we’ve had this very same issue. We have a 1 year old with pulmonary stenosis and they seem to not have a care In the world. By far one of the WORST experiences in my life. Incompetent and negligence at its finest. I will be filing a complaint. Others should know what they’ll be signing up for if they’re inquiring on moving in.
Awful here. They don’t care about your health. I have had breathing issues from smokers above me and now today the paint smell is so bad that I can’t even sleep in my apartment. I call maintenance and they say they can’t help me and then they hang up on you. Wow. Do not move here. Go anywhere else but here. My neighbors agree and are ready to leave as well. Horrible place to live.
There’s nothing like never wanting to be in your own apartment because of the neighbors cigarette smoke coming into the apartment 24/7. Headaches every day from the smell have been so wonderful during quarantine! We are also super glad all of our furniture, clothes and even dish ware have been exposed to this the last 11 months too! The vents are also showing signs of smoke residue too and we have more candles and air fresheners in our apartment than a bath and body works store, just to be able to semi function in this place... read more
I am so tired of maintenance ignoring every request. What am I paying for. I got smoke coming in from the bathroom, the dryer, under the kitchen sink. This place smells like the smokers section of an Atlantic City casino. DONT RENT HERE. I have been dealing with black mold in my apartment for 2 plus years now. I have called this into maintenance several times. This is a health hazard and needs to be addressed correctly this time. No more “just putting some bleach on it”.
RecommendedOur first home as a married couple way back in 1971-73! Loved it then and I’m sure it’s just as wonderful now, maybe even better ! Great memories!
I lived at Allison for over 12 years and loved it. My apartment was a perfect size and I had great neighbors. Maintenance was always quick to respond to repairs and shoveled and plowed right after snowstorms. I felt safe, there was plenty of parking, and it was a nice and quiet place to live.
We love living at Allison Apartments! The staff are so friendly and maintenance is so efficient and awesome! It’s a nice quiet community and the location is perfect!
