Horibal customer service, I have been going here for the last 3 years but now I will be picking up my records. Service for appointments is lacking with not enough staff to service and getting prescriptions filled is a nightmare with tons of phone calls needed to make it happen. Now today I was told I'm not doing my part and my Insurance requirements will not be met until I give them labs and a yearly appointment when it has only been 9 months this since my last.
