Useless. Dropped off a prescription on a Friday with a promise it would be faxed to "intake" at the main office. Waited until Tuesday to call, Intake never received the fax from Buffalo. Had to resend it directly from the provider (who's off today, of course). Ready to try something else.
I have called all day and never hear back from anyone!!!!!!!!! Have to drive there to make an appointment so disgusted I'm going to give reliant my business!
