There were four cars ahead of me, and I waited 58 minutes. Unacceptable. If the prescription isn’t ready, tell the car to pull ahead and return to the line later. I couldn’t get out of line because there were cars behind me. I’ve never experienced this even at Walgreens which has been terrible where I’ve had 10-15 cars ahead of me. But if someone’s prescription isn’t ready there, they’re told to pull around .
The pharmacists here never gives you any information about your medications your picking up. The last two times I've needed to talk to them about a medication I practically have to pry them to get them to tell me anything about this medication. Today the lady just stared at me. Didn't even tell me any of the side effects. I told her to forget it and when I tried to walk away then she started talking more. But still didn't provide any real information.
