The pharmacists here never gives you any information about your medications your picking up. The last two times I've needed to talk to them about a medication I practically have to pry them to get them to tell me anything about this medication. Today the lady just stared at me. Pharmacist was EXTREMELY rude. Another Allina location sent a RX here. They didn't even call me but transferred it to Walgreens! Then said it's the patients responsibility to call and tell them not to fill it! I've been in the office all day due to allergic reactions and had to get another RX! I will NEVER go back to this location!!!!
So let me say that I have always had nothing good to say about the Allina Pharmacy in Woodbury, MN. When others would tell me about their horror stories regarding Walgreens and other pharmacies-I would always tell them “switch to Allina Pharmacy”. Well in the last year I have been having problems with Allina Pharmacy Woodbury with being told prescriptions were ready to be picked up and when I go to pick them up -I am told oh that are not ready -stop by tomorrow.
