Friendly helpful staff
They used to be much faster in the ER/Urgent care. I'm not sure what happened this last time, but we were checked in right away blood drawn. Then, I received text regarding the wait, and it kept getting extended. Spent 5 and a half hours there today from checking in to receiving discharge papers. The tests didn't take long. I'm pretty sure it was the staff. They were pleasant, but I'm not sure if they were short staff overnight, extremely overworked or what. The staff that came on for the day shift was way faster. Brita Skalbeck, the Nurse Practitioner at this location, was absolutely phenomenal. She made me feel completely at ease and was incredibly thorough—two qualities I always look for in a provider. I highly recommend her for any women’s health needs!🙌🏽
