Fantastic doctor. A lot of waiting. We did not know, nor is it publicized and receptionists never mentioned, that all the people going in before us, who had arrived AFTER we checked in, had reserved a time online. My husband was not told this at reception, despite going up twice to ask why “latecomers” were being seen before us. Anyone can reserve online!
I followed the instructions given and was called in for a treatment 15 minutes after I arrived. That is unheard of in urgent care.
First of all the supporting staff saved the day they were kind and supportive and that was the only reason I stayed. Barbra H was especially helpful. This mess feels like a corporate problem understaffing leads to all the problems. I regret to be so negative but the experience was not close to being Urgent.
