Took my daughter in to urgent care and the young lady at front desk, was incredibly rude, and unpleasant. As long as I have come to them for care for myself and my children, I can say this experience is enough to look for care other places.
I love Allina health. They are a 1 stop shop and all the Dr and nurses are awesome very kind very respectful and they handle you with care every time.
I was not expecting to head into urgent care. And was very nervous to be in the situation I was in. My nurse, he was very accommodating and attentive
