EDIT: took over a month, so I called and asked why. The next day, shocker, the medical director, his name is Samuel, called me at 10am. Laughing and making light of the situation. Ive filled a complaint against him as well. Since it's funny my child was assaulted and his poor excuse for staff did absolutely nothing. This place is pathetic. It's ran by pathetic people. When I came, I was the only onen there. I got in quickly. While I was waiting several peope came in! My visit was swift, but comprehensive, I was referred to to United ER for a songoram.
