Helpful, friendly staff. On-time appointments.
Really impressed with the efficiency, friendliness, professionalism, and thoroughness of the entire team working with Dr. Paul Scott today (from schedulers, preop nurses, anesthesia, surgical techs, OR techs, recovery, post op - Amanda, Sierra, Katie, Toks, etc. - so many I can’t name!). Excellent pain control, modesty and care while in for a procedure today. Accurate and timely updates were proactively provided to myself and family members throughout my time in the surgery clinic.
Extremely disappointing. I was looking forward to starting with a new therapist. The therapist gave me 42 minutes (out of a promised 45) and seemed bored at times. I understand listening to people for years and years might get old, but for $512.10 for 42 minutes, this was the most I have ever been ripped off. They charge you $161.50 extra for no reason and my insurance did not cover any of it. Dr. Liew is the worst doctor I’ve encountered. Do not let him perform surgery on you. RUN! I wish I did because I’m now 100 times worse than when he operated.
Dr Jessica daily was rude inconsiderate to me I walked out of the appt and will never ever return to a another Allina clinic again. She was beyond rude inpatient and had no bedside manner I can't believe a health care professional acted in such a manner it's disturbing an judgemental I'm emotionally just like wow because of this she is in the wrong profession very down right rude and made me feel so uncomfortable.
