I have just spent 3 hours trying to resolve a problem with getting e-statements. Chat does not work. If you get Yee L all he can do is refer you to billing who will remove you from e-statements and put you back on paper. Good luck finding anyone who can talk about how you can look at an invoice details. The re is nothing intuitive about navigating the entire system. It seems that some parts are not even integrated. Does anyone know ho w to interact with them?
